CLEVELAND - Joseph Huber, 40, together with his son, Austin Teter, 18, of Cleveland, were arraigned on Monday, July 20, 2009, on charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, theft, and felonious assault. Huber's bond was set at $100,000 and Teter's was bond was set at $50,000.
