Nitro Strength but then it might be compromise that I'm kicking in as well sorry about that at the end of two you like would you say that was a time too many of communicating yeah absolutely like it's not just men need to learn how to communicate it's absolutely women have to go in you know and know how to communicate like if they're communicating in the basis of like blaming everyone else for what's going on yeah it's not usually a good place to start you know even communication over occupation but if you're like well my needs are this or they weren't necessarily met that's that's me owning what's going on for me instead of being like you made me feel this particular way and and then it just doesn't work and communication disconnects and not even things like communication yeah it's just it's just done and you have
