What does skin renewal mean?

The night cream comes in a pretty translucent glass jar with a golden screw lid. There is an outer carton box with blue and silver graphics. The entire packaging feels very luxurious and I feel like am treating myself to something special. However, being glass, its little heavy to be carried around. It is a milky white colored cream with a very soft, fluffy, whipped texture. The consistency is thinner, more like a sleep. It has a nice fruity fragrance of grapes which I love. The fragrance is mild and pleasant and not overpowering.
