I was kind of less than enthused with the first GT pack they added but because of the promise of this pack I hoped that maybe Namco Bandai would redeem itself...unfortunately this pack is kind of worse than the first.
They added in a handful of costumes none of which are really that great or worth owning, the characters in this DLC are a bit better in my opinion than those in the first pack but the main story missions are over in the blink of an eye leaving you feeling less than resolved and the three added PQs do add some extra play time BUT overall this pack is over so fast you're almost left wondering what they really added at all.
It feels fragmented, as if they chopped a full GT pack into two halves to get more money out of their customers. It's nice to see love for GT but this isn't the way to do it. Unless you are a solid completionist and hardcore Dragon Ball fan I say skip it because nothing in this pack enhances the game enough to warrant a $9.99 asking price.. Would be better if we could have playable variations of Towa's abilities, like science escape. This is more an opinion than a review. ^^; My apologies in advance!. Short; basically a character\/ability pack.

Wait for a sale unless you really like the content offered here; which includes Eis\/Nuova Shenron, Towa+Mira (With their abilities and outfits).. Waste of your money.. Super Saiyan Yes!!!!. Another poor DLC pack, very little content for what they are charging ($9.99). More like $0.99 worth of content. Shame on you Bandai Namco & Dimps for nickel and diming everyone on content. Where are all the other characters from GT that should be playable and PQ quests? How about a Parapara Bros outfit, Giru a playable character. Mira, Towa, Demigra, and Supreme Kai of Time should have been playable after beating the game originally. All of GT should have been one DLC pack for the price, and all means more than what is in both packs currently.

In general, for the game and DLC's, where are Frieza's 2nd and 3rd forms, Cell's 1st and 2nd forms, Dodoria, Zarbon - 2 forms, Babidi, Super Buu with aborbtions of piccolo and gohan, Dabura, etc etc. Plenty more playable characters you could do or have done. Master Roshi, Chi-chi, Majin Vegeta, SSJ3 Goku and Gotenks, SS Vegito. How about playable Oozaru and Golden Oozaru at least a PQ level. A lot of the included character variations are the same model with some different moves, but missing the major milestone trasformations as variations. I hope the developers read the feedback and see that people are pretty upset and deserve better. Most likely they don't care, but the Mostly Negative rating on their DLC's should send a message. Don't buy DLC's unless on sale or you are a super big fan and gotta have them now.. Would be better if we could have playable variations of Towa's abilities, like science escape. Not sure on whether or not to get this DLC or not, the link gives you a run down of what to expect. Story and the PQs.. Another pack for 10, not worth at all. These two GT packs should be 1 for 10 bucks.
