About This Game

Sky Knights is an action-packed top-down online multiplayer dogfighting game. Enjoy thrilling head-to-head aerial combat in 4 vs 4 team fights and outmaneuver opponents with tricks and well-timed afterburner boosts. The goal of the team battles is to take out the enemy bases. This must be done while fighting off the enemy players. You will also need to carefully manage your ammo and fuel supply. Rearm and refuel by performing skillful landings in the home base. To be successful, your team must perfect a balance between attack and defense; engage the enemy in combat while supporting your allies in the air as well as on the ground.

Tactically choose the fighter jet to fit your play style and your team’s needs. There are nine different aircraft - ranging from the F-16 to the A-10 Warthog - each offering their unique weaponry, stats, strengths and weaknesses. You can further customize your pilot profile with one of eight avatars, and level up to unlock more than 15 aircraft upgrades, six permanent traits and countless visual aircraft customizations.

Sky Knights is made by Hampus Bankler, an ex-military fighter jet mechanic and professional game developer. Before combining his two passions into creating Sky Knights, he worked on games like Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2, Angry Birds 2 and was recently also involved in Project Wight.

Can't put it down... I love it. Need more people online. If you love fighter aircraf this is your game. Not a serious sim but you can definitely dogfight from a top down view... Outsanding! And all the planes I love. Can't wait for continued improvements and added depth.. Game is really fun and perfect for any skilled player. Its a fun arcade style game where you can choose between flying aircraft suited for air domination, ground target bully or a bit of both! There is no real 'skill curve' so amatuer or casual players will find this game just as fun and enjoyable as hardcore players. The community is really friendly and the reward system is cosmetics only (so no pay-to-win!). All extra unlocable aircraft (only 2 atm) must be obtained through particular challenge(s) set on a training course and is really fun to try and conquer. I love learning some more tricky moves and seeing a great dogfight last for ages (and no endless circle dogfights because of g-force tolerance).

Only downside would be lack of different maps to be sneakier with attack aircraft, nevertheless it doesnt really matter on the map, its what happens in the skies.

Would recommend this game. Fun and addictive! Great pace and the level and rank system gives you some real incentive to keep playing.
The only problem I have is that 727 that just went up underneath us... it haunts me... Is it behind us? Should I just "tallyho" and let go? I don't know if I can.... Darkstar, Judy Judy, I'm going in for guns!

A high-speed and well-crafted top-down MOBA with an incredibly engaged and helpful developer. This game may be in its early stages of development, but it is already incredibly fun, complex, and well-balanced, and I am excited to continue play as it grows.

Pros:

• Small player base (but growing!)
  
• Keyboard controls can feel clumsy

10/10 would danger zone again.. Nice game with Top Gun feeling.
A lot of fun with a friend!
After a few games you get the hang of it and can start contributing to your team efficiently.. This game is super fun. I really like the art style and the gameplay is pretty cool.. Somehow more boring than Dota 2. I have no idea how they pulled it off. But hey at least there's a healthy player base of 13 weirdos who want to feel like Tom Cruise in Top Gun if Top Gun was about floating marshmallow jets moving at 23 miles an hour like a soccer mom too distracted by her daughter's piano teacher's♥♥♥♥♥♥pics to pay attention to the fact that THIS MOBA IS WORSE THAN MOBAS AND MOBAS ARE THE WORST THING.

This game tried to give me cancer but it was literally too slow.. Best game i've played all year. Very fun, tricky to get the hang of, but very rewarding. Matches are fun and seem to run about the right amount of time.

Just bought it, and so far i'm liking it. Nothing i don't really like yet.

Price is right, pick it up give it play.. Yes! Truly! Go for it!
