99 pajero manual transmission

I have a 1999 Pajero IO GDI with manual transmission. The engine was recently overhauled. The idling speed was however quite low. About a week after the overhaul, the engine started giving problems to start when hot. The problem has progressively been getting worse. A couple of days ago, idling was completely gone.
