About This Game

Artania is a non-linear post-apocalyptic game in retro style: you will become the survivor of a nuclear disaster. in the post-Soviet Republic of Artania, who is trying to figure out whether someone else is alive. The game offers a completely nonlinear plot with a multitude of storylines, which will finally lead the player to one of the seven possible destinies.

The game tells the story of people who survived through the nuclear war. The ending of this story depends on you.

Enjoyed the game. Gameplay is something like a grim Stanley Parable, you just make choice in key situations. Atmosphere in the game is crafted really well, full of loneliness and despair of post-apocalyptic world.. Better and brighter than their first effort but still not much to go on here.... I really enjoyed the game i got the bad ending so far not uploaded the 2nd video yet gunna try and get the good ending loved the story really pleased I got the chance to play it, However I wish it had a save system on it just because some of the decisions you make can lead you into having to start the game from the beginning.

My experience with this game:
It's partly optimized. It does crash a lot. It will even load to a black screen causing you to have to reboot. Cntrl+Alt+Delete to kill the game, only causes the pc to freeze up. Reboot!

There is literally no help coming from the devs. Maybe they don't speak English. Maybe they just don't check the Steam forums. I don't know.

No tutorial on how to play. No advice on how to fix issues. Should issues arise.

Graphics aren't bad. Not good either.

But, I cannot recommend the game at all. For the price, try it. It may work. You might even enjoy the game.. Looked promising, but the game crashes a lot. Whenever I turned around, it froze for a little while. I was even forced to reboot after getting a black screen when loading. It's a pity but that really deterred me from playing further.. Even though the game is almost free I still had to give it a thumb down - it is poorly programmed walking simulator (even with lowered graphic details and low resolution it freezes for few seconds every time I turn around), the atmosphere is not bad, but it is a game with about 30 minutes of gameplay where you have very little to actually do and deal with "puzzles" that are hard to understand what have to do with anything.

Perhaps Artania has something to offer, but the game does everything possible to put me off from discovering what it is all about.. Nice little game.. In, out and beat in two hours, not a bad looking game. I enjoyed the narration.

. No Options at all. Only Language and brightness. If you exit to the menu there is no way to return into the game - just begin from the very beginning. Do i need to say that you cannot invert Y mouse and rebind buttons? This is "old-good" failure too.
I just can't play it. If you are not on WASD and use inverterd mouse - avoid it. Devs do not want to add required Options, so do not support them.
