I love vaporwave and this game is phenominal!. I just finished the game late at night, so I plan on adding more details, but this is a temporary praise for the moment.) I have just finished one of the greatest games I could ever play. The choice of music combined with aesthetic level design and challenging puzzles all combined to create Broken Reality. I had been semi-following the project on and off through the development and since the start of the Kickstarter. In the end, I glad that this title did get to see the light of day, and become the masterpiece it is. The devs went above and beyond to make an extremely creative experience and spare no expense at making sure every fine detail has its importance. I will be keeping my eye close on the developers to see what they make next, which will most likely be a day one purchase for myself.. A short but amazingly fun experience. Reminds me very much of LSD Dream Theater. I highly reccommend this game for anyone looking for some trippy times. Quick Note, the ending to the game does not work at the current time, I will update it to reflect the fix to the ending I am very much looking forward to finding out what happens.. A E S T H E T I C. I like videogames and this is a videogame so I therfor I like it. I would buy a VR headset instantly if this was compatible. The game is a perfect satire of internet culture. It took about 6 hours for me to complete it, but I went through phases of exploration and running, so your mileage may vary. The game is beautiful and it runs well. The story is pretty good, but it's definitely an "artsy" game. You'll love it if you're into vaporwave. The soundtrack is pretty good too, but then again, I'm not too into vaporwave. When considering this, satire may be humorous, but that is not guaranteed at all moments, nor is it the primary focus. Ultimately the game is about the story, and if you can get into it the payoff is huge. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not at least a weeb/otaku/autist (choose your daki holder title)..
