Finding it difficult to navigate. Game is not very clear and sometimes doesnt scroll properly. It doesnt hold my attention very well and lacks excitement, its rather dull which is a shame as it has potential. Save your money.. Ive been sucked in to this game for the last 5 hours, its been a lot of fun. I will predict right now this game will be a CLASSIC TYCOON game for years to come, the EA is already very polished. I am very impressed with the game and the feedback of the devs so far to the bugs. If you loved pizza connection or restaurant empire you will love this game What do i love? *Graphics are beautiful and the game play is smooth. *Recipe editor is a game changer and lets you create recipes that MATTER to the customer. Each recipe has sweet, sour, fatty, salty, flavor components just like a real recipe. Its so indepth when it comes to what you can make, if you throw too much lemon it will be too sour. Like in real cooking this game forces you to find the balance. *UI is very easy to read as in layout, font, pictures, game is very crisp. *Review system by your customers is pretty good so far, its fun reading all the reviews. The reviews are influenced by the location and demographic, when i raised my prices the cheapskates starting knocking me on the reviews. *The management part of this is DEEP as it should be in a tycoon, its not too hard though that its monotonous. Even in the restaurant i failed in i still had fun and gained experience points for my chef and ingredient points. *What I dont I Love *I wont knock this too hard as it is Early Access - Everyone's #1 complaint needs a more hand holding tutorial, this game has a ton of depth and new creative stuff never done. Its hard to figure out the ingredient points, the recipe editor, and how to actually navigate the menus -One day is a week of play, im sure this wont be the case in the final game but right now one cycle is a week. lol your characters have no home, needs, or hours of operation. -No interaction with characters customers or workers, you click on them and no menus pop up. You cant see what they ordered, paid, or anything by clicking on them. The NPC in kitchen only have a few animations and stand around when not making orders. OVERALL lots to love about this game and the fact they allow mod support after release will make this replayable for years to come.. I do not recommend this game. the tutorials arent the best.. This game is a lot of fun to play, it has a ton of potential, and is constantly being updated. A lot of new content is planned and the bugs are being fixed. This game if definitely early access, but it's totally worth it. In its current state you could get several hours of play out of it, as I have. In the future, I can imagine spending a TON of time on it, especially as new features are added. If you can stand a few bugs, this game is fully worth the money.. Hi In one word the game as it stands in early access is good, i have spoke to the devs and it is being commited 100% this game i see not many in its industry will go far, Of course there is some down sides thats why its in early access, to understand the recipes etc needs a better totorial but they know this and it will be changed its a solid game that could become much better devs have said there will be updates daily. i would say buy it now why its little cheaper as this game could sell for 19.99 easy good game hopefully will get even better as time goes. The game is broke. You cant press play to get it started. Another $20 lost to STEAM.. Great potential but quickly become repetive. and full of boring bugs.. The only thing that I dislike about this game is the saving process is a bit iffy and it crashes a lot, but that's just because it's on early access.. i really like this game, and recommend it. but be warned despite being playable it is still in early access so it will not be perfect.

Work in progress: the Attractiveness System : Buongiorno fellow chefs! We keep working on the first major update and it is now time to show you some of the contents we will soon release for Chef! As you may know, we are working on the City Map, a new system that will allow you to extend your influence across the city and slowly gather loyal customers. But to do that, we needed to rework how customers work in the game. We felt like that the current system wasnt clear enough, we wanted players to have a precise idea of how many people could come to the restaurant with a certain setup. Thats why we reworked the existing customers bars that appear in the Menu Panel and in the Policies Panel. Whats new? Well, lets start with the fact that there will finally be a clear number representing how many people may currently be interested in coming to your restaurant. All those numbers represent the actual pool of customers of the restaurant and the bars have now a different role: they indicate the Attractiveness of the restaurants offer. While previously the Menu composition directly affected the number of people in the pool, with imprecise effects, now the pool can only be affected by your Popularity and your efforts to reach new districts expanding the influence you have in the city. It will now be possible to know how many customers will pay a visit during the day, and you will be able to carefully assemble the menu and develop tactics to maximize profits..
