Very well done game. Great graphics, good story line, and the music is perfect.. Reminiscent of Amnesia. Full of creepy atmosphere and haunting visuals. Positives: + Imaginative hellscape. + Pretty fast loading times. + Accurate representation of Salt Lake City, Utah. Negatives: - Random framerate drops. (50 drops to 10 fps on a HD 4400 Graphics card.) - Sluggish mouse movement. Turning and stopping seems delayed. (Turning off V-Sync fixes this.) - Accurate representation of Salt Lake City, Utah.. Argentinian Amnesia. The game does very little to explain itself, and some of the puzzles, while not overly complex, will have you back tracking because you failed to spot a particular item, or read a certain note. I'm pretty happy to find that it's light on jump scares, relying instead on atmosphere and a surprisingly well developed back story to put you on edge. So far this is a solid 7/10. Really solid indie horror, for those who have some patience.. Doorways feels like they had a bunch of different ideas for horror games and tried to combine them all together, and it feels disjointed as a result. Worst of all? It ends on a boss battle. As if you needed another moment to be pulled out of the suspense. Despite its issues Doorways certainly has moments of fun, however slight it may be. You could pick a worse game to play on a dark and stormy night, when all youre looking for is a decent four to five hours exploring a weird world and solving a few puzzles. Its just too bad these mountains of flesh didnt have stronger bones.. TOO SCARY YOO. just another rubbish find a note game. Solid end to the Doorways series. Each act focuses on a different member of the Torres family, who challenge us to pay attention to our surroundings, complete mind-bending puzzles and think outside of the box, all the while providing us with more than a fair share of horrific imagery. Definitely worth a play, especially if you've enjoyed the previous Doorways games.. No. just no.. Empty, boring, dull, controls are dodgy, and it's pretty much unplayable on PS4 controller - maybe a little warning would be nice? You know, before someone wastes their money on your joke of a game?
