About This Game

Feel the music, build up tracks, change the environment and the main thing in time to find a way out of the game level while your favorite music is singing. You have to find ways to the goal by jumping on platforms

The Equalizer is a multi-platform 3D musical game in which you have to think and act quickly. It is developed on the Unity game engine. It is a mixture of music with your actions.

The game focuses on a jumping action on platforms set in a epic lights musical world, where you are hero inside a music tape recorder. Jumping on platforms you adjust the music and change the musical environment. The main goal of the player is to maintain music, at each level of complexity you need to collect melodies to achieve maximum musical effect. You will be given a certain amount of time between collecting melodies. If you got one melody and the second did not have time, then the environment becomes darker, the music stops and you will get the melodies again. Once you collect several melodies, you need to get to the music portal as soon as possible. to the final goal to complete the level.

Since it's an music arcade game you expect good music and it has it(it's very good actually).But damn the gameplay is awful thanks to bad controls and another annoying thing for me,loading screens taking a lot.. ehhh, i wish there was an "its okay" button included with the yes\/no choice. I will give it a thumbs down because it could have been alot better from all aspects.

for a 3D platformer, controls or wonky but you get used to it, the music genre is mainly house\/techno music which I enjoy but for some players it isnt and the background is most of the time very beautiful, but you dont have enough time to enjoy it as the developer doesnt give the player enough time during the action of that mode.

I hate the tutioral of the game, the worst possible way you could even introduce a player is done in this game. It was so bad that i actually failed the first stage because it killed the momentum i had while reaching the goal point.. Overall 6\/10 for what it is. There should really be a meh "middle thumb" option.

Pros
-LOVE the music, whoever made it i love you.
-Incredible potential to something huge.
-Price isn't bad.
-Amazing concept - I just love it.

Cons
-Annoying DJ, restricting movement whenever he speaks.
-Extremely long respawn times for a game that involves lots of trial and error.
-Sometimes the platforms do not register a bounce causing me to walk off the edge.
-Tiny FOV making it difficult to aim properly.
-Movement feels delayed and hard to control.

Overall needs more work and more features for it to live up to its \u00a37 price tag, but keep this in your library until it blows up :).. ehhh, i wish there was an "its okay" button included with the yes\/no choice.
