Not even worth the 2$. Lying about the Reflexes when it's actually a Memory game without time or chances to memorize.. With its focus on speed and multiple layers of paths to run through, FOTONICA plays almost like a first-person Sonic the Hedgehog -- and yet, despite the advantages of being first-person, the game manages to have the exact same problem Sonic does: you can't see far ahead enough to avoid obstacles (or in this case, pitfalls). Because of this, FOTONICA very quickly devolves into nothing more than trial-and-error, making the whole experience one of pure frustration.

In addition, FOTONICA is also incredibly short -- but this is just as well, since the game well and truly plays its hand by the third stage, and so padding the game out further would not have done it any favours.

A curiosity, and nothing more.. Just like its intro, "Easy to pick up and almost impossible to master", it can be easily learned but very hard to pass a hard level, it takes turns!
