quot;Simple and to the point" is the name of the game here. If you're looking for satisfying contra-esque combat with a dash of exploration for loot, Greedy Guns is for you. If not, you're out of luck, as it doesn't try to offer anything else. What it does attempt it executes competently. The gunplay feels satisfying, especially after you unlock some of the later weapons. (That Rocket Launcher is godly!) The enemies are varied and do a good job of challenging your skill with both the movement abilities and various loadouts you can equip. And the rewards for exploring and backtracking, while not abundant, are worthwile. Sticklers may take issue with the game's sound design and length, however. The sounds and tracks are a bit of a mixed bag, and the game is pretty short for its genre, with replayability coming only in the form of a higher difficulty or couch co-op. Keep that in mind if you're unsure whether you are willing to pay full price, or wait for a sale.. For 3 guys making the game the scope is big GG dudes Easy to learn hard to master greedy guns is an exelent game that show us this beatiful art and retro style. The music is overthetop gg. Gameplay and lvl design wise its stupendus and the more you go into the harder it gets. I would like a shadow beneath the character and that first level needs some more artistic look because is bad comparable with the rest os the game and for new players may be bad to hook them up.. This game is pure gold! What a blast! It manages to hit the sweet difficulty spot where losing only makes me want to try again immediately. Also it bring back the joyous feeling of the good old arcade shooters! Unlocking new weapons and abilities actually feels good and useful, rather than gimmicky, while still keeping up the game balance. Finishing this game was a though, funny and wonderful challenge on my own.. Wow what a refreshing new take on local multi-player coop. 2D platforming at its best!! Everything appears to have had an artists full and undivided attention. Gameplay is hard but incredibly challenging and keeps making me come back for more. Also great music and sound design.. Simply the best!. I backed this game on Kickstarter and I don't regret it one bit! Really fun mix between metroidvania-style exploration and action packed games like metal slug. The pacing is great, the art style is really good too and they even threw in co-op multiplayer! The game can get really hard as you progress but it never becomes less fun! Best played with a controller in my opinion.. The boss fights are challenging and fun!. Fun game that does what the box says, shooting and jumping into a bullet hell fun!. Take 2 parts Contra, 1 part Metroid, a scoop of monster-pocalypse and sprinkle heavily with candy and you get Greedy Guns. I've spent about an hour on the train (offline) playing the game so far, killed countless baddies, upgraded weapons and abilities, and died countless times. I'm in heaven! I can't wait to have friends round to play co-op.

Yep, youll now get to choose whether you want it EASY (in case you are playing with the kids of course), NORMAL (as we played it and created it), HARD (if you like getting pummeled only to rise up just like Rocky).
