Infect and Destroy is an indie game in which you play as an infectious disease with the sole purpose of eliminating everyone on Earth. Play as an ultra-intelligent self-aware virus capable of reanimating the dead and turning them into your minions. Spread amongst the globe, infecting and reanimating all those who stand in your way.

Features

Play as the disease - Experience an interactive and non-linear sandbox campaign in which you take control of a zombie plague the likes of which never seen before by mankind. Major cities and locations from around the globe are ready for your terror and carnage.
You are the horror - Evolve and mutate your virus, spawn special types of zombies, invoke city-wide disasters and send the humans fleeing for their miserable doomed lives. You are the one who decides when it is time to scream and when it is time to die.
Expand your reign of fear - The entire world is your breeding ground. Infect abandoned buildings to turn them into hives, setting up your base of gruesomeness as you go along. Traps, spawners and terrifying organic structures are all at your disposal.
Adapt to survive - The humans will do all in their power to stop your tyrannical plague. Quarantines, military strikes, evacuations, vaccinations, nukes and more will all be used with hopes of stopping their inevitable extinction.
Huge game worlds - All confrontations and infections take place in realistically sized scenarios. Your hordes will have to cross swamps, forests, mountains and more to cure their insatiable hunger.
Affect the world around you - Take out power stations to cause blackouts, infect water distribution supplies, ruin food stockpiles, cause riots and more, thus causing the human race to crumble from within.
Co-Op and Versus Modes - Players can aid each other by playing as the Conniption virus, or else test their mettle against one another in epic humans versus zombies confrontations.
Pop-In Pop-Out - The player can take control of individual zombies and infected for a truly immersive and personalized experience. Use stealth to take special infected behind enemy lines or charge and pummel through military front lines.

Okay, so I've played one game of it, and this game is a little mixed. I'll still rate positive.

So far, there really are no negatives. Just areas that need to be implemented.

Positive feedback:

Love the fact that there NEEDS to be a horde before attacking anything major. This is brilliance! I lost my huge gang of zombies to a military group and lost serious time.

Love the fact that there are running humans to keep it a little difficult.

Love the control system.<\/li><\/ul>
Things that could possibly or definitely need improvement (Seeing how this is early-access and I bought this the day it became early-access):
- Controlling the zombies is fun, but maybe make a way to always include new stray zombies into the horde? Instead of stopping to pick him up, then start moving again?

- Tutorials on Helicopters. I read through the tutorials while I was playing, and wondering "What the heck are these? How do I counter them, and what the heck, now they're killing my zombies??" Some tutorials would be nice. :3

- The camera angle is weird. Manageable, but weird. Especially when trying to round up an entire pack of them, zooming out to move and zooming in to herd them all up gets tedious and awkward.

- Of course, the content. Campaigns apparently aren't done yet, Multiplayer apparently isn't ready yet, and there's only Skirmish. I get it, it's day one. I don't expect much out of a 100Mb game.<\/li><\/ul>

  but yet it feels still empty, only 2 skirmish maps available which u play thru pretty fast.
  the thing with the attacking helicopter isnt yet clear to me how to avoid it or if it can be avoided i dont know.
  it would be great if there would be customisable buttons! and the features as mentioned in the info like hives and traps and everything that attracted me to this game are not there yet so there is not so many things to say than the game has potential and the game is early acces so dont take this as my final words. as in this state its not yet worth the money i paid for it (7,19 euro inclusive a 20 procent discount)
  
  ok, after more than a year its time to update my opinion about this, so its a no recommended now! This game is really below my expectations, it still feels empty. It really looks like they were like, hey lets make an early acces game, something about zombies and let the community make the game for us. Never again will i pay so much for an early acces game like this. Better wait for a finished game to come out, check the reactions of the people and then buy in a steam sale. like being said here earlier, games like these really give early acces games a bad name!.   A Big Issue, the 'World Domination' Mode got a totally broke Performance.
  I walk with a horde of the hell of Zombies to the next Country. With the First Attack on a City, from the whole Land, there are bombers, helicopters and rockets incoming. And this was the Beginning of the End. About 10 Minutes later i have to exit the Game in reason of only single Images.
  My Computer is nearly High-End, so the Game seems to take a large Amount of Resources.
  
  Simply recommended the Game and hope for more Performance Tuning.

I can't even start it (64-bit Linux), the official forum leads to 404 - not found and the company homepage doesn't even list the game. They took my money and ran..
