About This Game

Killing Zombies is stunning in its depiction of a teetering land on the verge of collapse. Surrounded by darkness, and a slowly shuffling undead creatures coming in from all angles. Killing Zombies is a 4 player online co-op horror survival shooter for the HTC Vive, with wave-driven VR gameplay from Front Range Software. In a battle of survival, you must struggle to destroy all kinds of horrified zombies, discover the source and course of their creation and stop them from unleashing havoc and destruction to the land and end the threat. As the resistant soldier, you have been assigned to do one thing – kill them all.

While given the role to shoot and destroy, there are 30 varieties of weapons to choose from in your arsenal. As a resistant shooter, you'll gain points as you survive the terrifying waves of zombies coming from all direction, but the choices given to you is totally open. Not doing enough damage in the shootout? You can change your weapon to remedy that. As you use your tactics to advance in an ever difficult stage, you'll discover how to make adjustments and tricks in order to work your way in the most beneficial way.

Fun little game for VR. Very smooth running with good controls. Guns have a goot feel about them but look a bit clunky.
Good for showing friends and family the VR experience, not as scary as other horror wave shooters.
Spawn intervals and density can be adjusted between every wave, this increases replayability.
Nice variety of weapons, automatics not as strong as the hunting rifles though.
Shame there are so few other players online, I imagine this to be a riot in multiplayer.
Got in on sale, best value VR game I got so far.. Killing Zombies is an extremely simple arcade style zombie shooter. It reminds me of one of those arcade games where you have the gun you point at the screen, but its VR. I had a lot of fun playing this game in co-op. Some awesome "back to back" moments of blasting a zombie in the face right before it bites your friend. The content is limited, but the price is fair. There are about 2 dozen guns to choose from and ten or so melee weapons that can all be bought with points that are earned from wave to wave. Despite the simplicity of the game, it has a truly creepy ambiance to it.

The combat is wave based, and the player is stationary, but I didn't feel that took away from the game in any way. At first I felt as though the aiming was off, but the more I played, the more if felt appropriate given that no gun is perfectly accurate. Anyone that has ever shot a gun will know that. Also, the rifles felt more accurate than the pistols or SMGs which makes sense. The only thing that I didn't like all that much, was that most of the SMGs I tried all felt the same.

To sum things up, if you are looking for a fun time blasting zombies in the face in a wave based, co-op VR shooter, this is the game, and the price tag is more than fair.. My Specs: GTX 1070 and HTC VIVE

Well this is a typical zombie wave shooter but it has coop so that will make it 10x more fun in my opinion. The graphics are cartoony so it should be easy on most systems. I only played the SP mode so far and basically you kill zombies increase your points and cash and then when you get enough money you can buy better weapons. Based on the cheap price I am recommending this for those who want some cheap fun and coop. I bought this on sale. Get it now while it is super cheap. Enjoy.. So I've played this with my friend.

There'll be so many times where your controller will just stop working, noteably if you accidentally push the steamVR menu button. The actual shoot function stops working and ruins the work you put in.

Could have some more levels and scenery, just seems to be one graveyard map.. Killing Zombies is alot of fun and pretty intense too. I love the huge selection of weaponry, even if the left handed weapons don't seem to connect a good bit of the time (it might be that I let the undead get to close before I try to use them). The waves get increasingly harder, but they aren't so hard that they make you want to give up. The zombies do glitch from time to time, but not enough to create a problem with gameplay. A reseasonably priced Multiplayer FPS. Definitely worth a shot.
