The Minbari war between the warrior and the religious castes comes to an end, leading to the formation of a new Grey Council. Bester comes to Babylon 5 to make Lyta an offer. Clark's forces attack a transport convoy carrying thousands of civilians, prompting Sheridan to change strategies.
This episode sees the Minbari getting a new and improved Grey Council--one that is now controlled by the Working Class in order to stop the bickering between the Warrior and Religious Classes.

As for the rest of the show, Sheridan is finally mad--REALLY, REALLY mad!! The Earth Alliance ships are now targeting civilian ships and massacring innocent men, women and children, so Sheridan realizes it is now time to take decisive action. In a calculated attack, his ships attack just the Earth ships that had committed these atrocities--hoping that the commanders of the other ships would not take part or join with Sheridan's forces. A series of amazing and spectacular battles ensue and the show is certainly gripping as the ships score victory after victory. Also, interestingly enough, when the battle is over, yet more ships have defected to Sheridan's forces for good. I liked how they made the Minbari civil war end.I did think Sheridan's rage a lot forced from one moment trying to calm Ivanova down to rage.I would have liked a more rational approach.Angry people are stupid people who make mistakes.And cold anger i much more scary then this way.I Always considered Sheridan the more rational one in these few minutes that was blown away and very out of character and stupid.
