The base game was surprisingly awesome and hooked me in deep. This is the perfect amount of content to draw me right back in and make everything feel fresh.. Starward Rogue<\/i> is easily one of the best action roguelites, period.<\/b> The DLC is an awesome amount of content. Just get it.. Great rogue. The graphics are so-so and sometimes over the top, but the gameplay and decision making needs are real. Get it.. Great rogue. More variety never hurts, especially combined with the newish mech that pulls random perks on level up leading to some pretty insane builds. Also, to single out one particular element: I didn't think the music could get any better but holy \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665. Arcen Games brings a nice DLC for those who think vanilla SR didn't have enough bullets. New rooms, new items, enemies, bosses and loads of hellish bullets to dodge.. Adds a lot of flexibility on top of the base game while the new enemies, floors, and options increase the difficulty and range of scenarios for experienced players to endure.. The amount of content you get for the new DLC is awesome, it adss replayability to a game that already has tons of weapons, perks, consumables, bosses, rooms, mechs,... It's a steal if you already enjoyed the base game.
