Fun tank shooter with some supportive RTS elements (not directly an RTS, mind you).. This is by far the absolute worst game I have ever had the displeasure of playing, and I've played a lot of bad games. It is not worth the harddrive space, nor is it worth the $0.50 I spent on it with my 90% off coupon. Whoever created this game either has to give this game a huge update, so as to make it presentable, or they have to end their life in the most miserable way possible. I am highly displeased. Let's have a peak at why, shall we? 1) The Graphics - I'll give them ONE, and only ONE thing, and that's that the graphics are unique. By saying that I in no mean am saying that they are even remotely good. I am merely saying they did something unique. Anyways, these graphics are Tron-esque, and that sounds pretty cool, right? Wrong. They are in no way cool, nor creative, nor pretty, nor thought-provocing. It's all just the same stupid blank walls and hideous patterns in an ugly shade of a neon color, generally blue. In fewer words; the graphics suck. 2) The Content - If I had to choose one thing from the (ever so long) list of faults with this game that stands out the most, it is this; There Is Not Enough Content In This Game. The whole game is just walking, and shooting terribly animated rockets and laser beams and whatever the hell else these "Tanks" have at other "Tanks". That's it. I WOULD proceed to write more about this game, but I'm afraid I now have a migrane from the sheer terribleness of this game. As I said, I am sorely dissappointed in this game. 0.5/10. Absolutely terrible game. Everything is incredibly slow, the game makes you wait for what seems like forever with EVERYTHING. Dialog is painfully slow and dull, as is driving the tanks. Took me a solid 30 minutes of waiting for "cutscenes" (if you can even call them that) to end, until I was able to even to play the damn game. The gameplay itself is even dull, as you have to wait a damn eon-and-a-half to fire your weapons. Please do not buy this game, I don't care how cheap it is, or if it's on sale. It's a waste of your money, and a waste of your damn time.. So bad, you don't get to the gameplay for about an hour. Bad graphics, looks like a game from 2002. but worse. Awful gameplay and it's just horrendus to liik at. Sounds areand very low quality. 2/10 do not do this again.. A great game about tank skirmishing in 80's-version-of-the-future-worlds. The player goes up against a giant eyeball overlord along with men from a resistance movement. Together they fight past vast amounts of enemy vehicles such as tanks, artillery, and even goddamn bombers. The story is more or less just there so people won't complain about lack of a story, and the read-only dialogue is laughably bad at times, but the game contains a lot of fun to be had and some really unexpected twists. Once you beat the campaign, you can test your strength in the "skirmish" mode, where you have 20 minutes to kill as many enemies, of all types, as possible, and try not to die in the process. However, there are a few downsides to this game: no multiplayer whatsoever capped at 30fps you don't have a reliable way to deal with swarms of enemies This game is one of a two-part series, and there is a Tank Universal 2 in the works. Hopefully we see some modernization in it, I would absolutely love to skirmish with real players. Overall, I really like this game, and definately recommend it, but know that replayability is extremely limited and there is no multiplayer.. I bought this game for like 35p and what I got in return was the worst game I've ever played, but it's still a game for 35p, so I'm gonna call worth on this one.. Starts out good (with a generic story and soundtrack and lame sounds although.), but the 2nd mission is already too hard.
