About This Game

Operation Valkyrie is a famous plan of the German Resistance to overthrow the tyrannical Nazi government. Standartenfuhrer Gerhard Mayer, a patriot who works in Reich Security Head Office learns that Gestapo has tracked down the conspirators. He does everything possible to make the investigation assigned to him and tries to mislead Gestapo in order to help the Resistance to overthrow the Nazi regime and stop the war.

A promising premise ruined by an irritating point and click interface and far too many boring tasks to undertake.. Feeling sad this game clearly had some potential

This game has a lot of problems: bad voice acting (german accents mixed with american ones); the character is very slow to act; worst of all - it has a propensity to freeze during loadings (and there is a lot of loadings). Which is a pity, because it gives you an insight into the dark days of Germany during World War II.

I cannot recommend it.. An interesting view on history, with a pretty good story.. Placed in 1944 Mayer, a Gestapo soldier, is attempting to hide his love for men with his never ending flirting with females. Engage in awkward dialogue and confusing puzzles in order to suceed with the plan to ki- TO BE CONTINUED.. Game is evidently bugged, dull interface with pointless tasks, thus impairing the gameplay. As a point-n-click lover, this game is absolutely a genuine garbage. There should be really more of those games. An adventure game with nice puzzles, not to hard and a capturing story line. I really enjoyed the time spent on trying to kill Hitler.. A nice classic styled adventure game. A few unintuitive things were needed to progress though, had to resort to walkthroughs.
