Completed 10/01/2018.. Easy Cheevos. Achievement spam, for me I literally couldnu2019t close it afterwards :pepopal: I guess thatu2019s the joke. Achievement Lurker: Dad Jokes is literally just an achievement earning machine, much like it's predecessors Achievement Hunter: Begins and Cromulent. This one boasting 5000 achievements. I bought this game for one reason, achievements. I didn't buy it to play, or because I wanted it to be challenging. People complain about getting acheivements for doing nothing, 5000 achievements, it's called Achievement Hunter, what were you expecting? You know what you're going to buy. For people like me that want cheap crap to collect achievements, it's a fantastic game and is exactly what I was looking for. Most of the time I just let the game run while I wander off and do other things, it couldn't be any easier. But if you are only looking for an easy way to get some cool achievements, whether it's to display them, use them to spell things, make your profile look nice, or just get a high count, these games designed to do that and just that.. You get what you paid for, 5K achievements at minimum price. If youu2019re an achievement hunter looking to increase the number of achievements on your profile showcase, then I highly recommend buying this. Else donu2019t waste your money. This is not a game, itu2019s just a way of distributing achievements.. Obviously, this game (using the term 'game' loosely here) is entirely for the 5000 achievements. These achievements are earned by doing whatever you wish. as long as you're running the game, and takes about 2 hours to achieve them all. As the name suggests, you can literally load the game and do nothing, and the achievements flow. There is about 5 minutes of gameplay, searching around the map and speaking to the few individuals that repeat their own individual dad joke. There's a boss fight, but there's no extra achievements for defeating that boss. If you are searching for a game with amazing graphics, great story-telling, and a soundtrack that brings eargasms. this isn't it; what did you expect when a game names itself Achievement Lurker? It does exactly as it says on the tin, and that's why I recommend the game: it doesn't hide exactly what it is, and if you did buy this game hoping for gameplay. well.
