Method. In a wok or a large pan heat the oil and butter. Add the prawns and garlic and stir well. Stir-fry until the prawns are pink and cooked through (about 45 minutes). Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and scatter the chopped parsley over. Serve at once.

Method. STEP 1 Preheat oven to 200C. STEP 2 Line cast iron pots with prawns and squeeze lemon juice over. STEP 3 In a small frying pan, heat the oil and butter, and add garlic. STEP 4 While sauting the garlic, add chilli, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. STEP 5 Mix well and allow to simmer for a few minutes.

Directions. Heat the olive oil and butter over a high heat. Add the onion, garlic, bacon and chilli flakes, Cook until softened, for about 5 minutes. Add the can of tomatoes, lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered, to reduce the sauce.
