This game is alright. Looks like it is beast but really isn't. The only goods things are the graphics which are very good quality.. Well that was a boring, disappointing let down.. Its bad don't buy it. After finally giving this a decent go, I have to say I can't really recommend it. The cycle of training/nightlife/gameday gets fairly repetitive, and although at first it's kind of amusing shuffling your players from venue to venue to make sure they have their needs satisfied without getting hopelessly addicted to anything, and the training facility and nightspot unlocks help the variety a bit, it becomes much of a muchness after about a season of this. And the controls for when you play the actual matches are janky, to say the least. Obviously if you're after a proper football management game, well, you're already playing Football Manager, aren't you? The spin on this was to give it a bit of a Sims feel, but there's not really enough of that. You never really feel it's John Terry running around with his philandering.. What did I just play.. It was fun.. it's ok, could really do with a pause button during the day. If they improve it in the future, it would be worth getting for the price just because it's trying something different but at the moment, it's different features are not done well enough to make me want to play it.. Do you want to play sims but you are embarrassed? (What the ing how can Sims embarrass.) A Fifa bored you? (How issomeone like it) This game is for you!. This game is pretty weak - a few appalling design choices (Why can I not pause the game?) with a lackluster feature set (So. We train, we play the match, we party? There's nothing else?) makes for a great starting point. I'll probably pick up the series when they invariably make a few iterations and improve on this basic game.
