Follow " First Person Exploration and Puzzle Games " for more games like this! A first-person puzzle game with elements of horror. This was a borderline thumbs-up, but the game just has too many issues for me to recommend. u2022 The game is extremely dark. I get they were going for a horror vibe, but I shouldn't have to turn the in-game brightness all the way up, turn on the lights and flashlight, and still squint to see anything. u2022 The puzzles in the game seem to mostly have two stages: finding the pieces, and solving the puzzle. The latter part is generally enjoyable, but finding the things you need to find is excruciating. The poor brightness levels are part of that, but also the map-design completely lacks any details to draw the eye to things that should stick out. This lead me to have to look up a video guide a number of times, only to find that there's a key blending into the desk it's sitting on, or lying in a spot I already checked three times. u2022 The FPS is horrendous. I have a beefy PC, and even with the settings all the way down I still get constant framedrops. With a non-gaming PC this game would be unplayable. u2022 The storyline is boring. All-in-all, if the developers fixed the lighting, contextual clues, and performance issues, I would give this a weak thumbs up. Until then, I'd say look elsewhere.. Obscuritas erinnert sehr an seinen Vorgnger Pineview Drive. Auch hier geht es unter anderem darum, Schlssel zu finden, um weitere Rume zu ffnen. Doch in Obscuritas muss der Spieler nun auch verschiedene Rtsel lsen, die es teilweise wirklich in sich haben, wie ich an eigenem Leibe erfahren durfte ;) Diese kleinen Puzzles bringen Abwechslung ins Spiel und machen Laune auch lngere Zeit zu spielen. In den ersten Stunden erinnert mich das Spiel gefhlsmig an ein Puzzlespiel mit kleinen Horrorelementen, ich habe mich einige Male an Jumpscares erschrocken. Wie dies im weiteren Spielverlauf aussieht kann ich noch nicht sagen, werde ich aber nachtragen. Im Groen und Ganzen ein gelungener Nachfoler von Pineview Drive.. Fun game. Im Groen und Ganzen ein gelungener Nachfoler von Pineview Drive.. this game is Fun and hard at the same time if you are stuck you can go on you tube, I like this game and hate it at the same time, The Amusement park is why I like this game being a RCTC Fan is Why I had fun playing it, The Bad, The puzzles can be hard on same people I like some puzzles, What I Hate the most is the Dogs is Why I quit playing it at the end why waste my time on one part when the dogs keep jumpin on me when I am almost done with the game anyway I will watch the end on youtube I am not going to recommend this game because I did not finish it beginning to end But I did get my money worth out of it.. This game is honestly mediocre. It's just a copy paste of Amnesia but with worse graphics and animations. Environments are empty and feel cheap, lighting is OK but inconsistent, it's buggy and the whole artistic design is just unremarkable. Selling this for 18 dollars/euros is just stealing.. Honestly first chapters are so easy to solve, but the traps takes me down easily I'm so careless Hahahaha! Just be careful in your ways and inspect the places carefully and memorize all the traps or else you will enjoy dying and dying Hahahahaha! anyway good luck on your own experience i enjoyed this game so much thanks. Jump scares are rare, yeah. but the places are so very weird specially the dolls i don't know how many of them in the game. sounds are so chilling the sfx, screams and the flashes are disturbing Haha, in other ways you can play this game with your YouTube playing TWICE music and you can focus on the puzzle 100 % lit.. Youll love it. Then youll bash your head against the keyboard in rage multiple times (in between 10% and 90% of the game). Then youll love it again. Then youll quickly and suddenly feel like something is still missing.
