Because I support you, I bought this twice (for my best Internet pal, and I).. A good standalone movie on its own right, and I especially like how well priced it was.
If the rest of the show\/other standalones come out of the same price or around there I'll buy them too, personally glad to support this kind of animation\/pricing :D

Watched this movie without much knowledge of Dofus\/Wakfu (having played only a small amount of Wakfu, without subscription... back several years ago). The plot may be a bit cheesy, but it still is a fun watch and worth the time\/money.. Nice litte story, the drawings a pretty. It's a tale of love and klutzy heros in a 45 min short film.. This is 100% biased recommendation. I have been in love with the universe Ankama created since I first played dofus. Now that I made this clear I will focus on my experience with the video.

First of all before I could watch the video I spent hour trying to figure out how to switch to french dub. Really frustrating, so I will just briefly explain how to do it to those who are new to this whole "movie" thing on steam like me:
-Open Library
-Select Videos above your games list. (Usually it say Installed or just Games, and you click on it to get the drop menu)
-There you will see "Ogrest" and "Ogrest - La Legende". (The 2nd one is in french)

All this was done because english dub doesn't sound right to me, and I prefer the french one.

REVIEW: The movie is short and cute giving some background to Ogrest. Even if you are not familiar with the World of Twelve it will be a fun story. Animation is OK, although I don't know why they changed it and I do prefer the animation they used in Wakfu series. English sub is fine, I guess since I don't speak a word of french, but it does have few typos.
I have seen some people complaining about the price and believing it should have been free, but honestly, even though it is not a masterpiece it is only 2,99 (1,49 sale) and it is a nice way to support developers and this whole movie thing on steam.

NOTE: If you find yourself enjoying "Ogrest" and wanting more, there are two excellent seasons of Wakfu Animated Series, and few games (Dofus, Wakfu(free on steam), and I do believe one more game for Xbox). It's no third season of Wakfu, but this broght a big ol' \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665in' smile to my face. The animation leaves something to be desired, but all in all, I enjoyed the 46 minutes I got.
Also, Ogrest is almost as based as Yugo.. This was really cute, and while I haven't watched WAKFU I now intend to. I also think its worth it to buy this if only to support media on steam, because that is a really cool concept. The fact that I now own anime on steam is pretty dope.. A fable from the Wakfu universe. Technically not up to the standards of the regular Wakfu animation, but still an enjoyable watch. Would recommend to Wakfu fans.. Because I support you, I bought this twice (for my best Internet pal, and I).. Ogrest is a fun tale about a creature that is followed by bad luck, and his quest to find love.
This is a kid friendly movie, and reminds me of the days when I would spend hours watching any Studio Ghilbi I could find.

My only gripe with this movie is that it has two or three conflicting art styles, but other than that this is a great use of your money.
